Josh is a Utah local who comes to Moab from Riverton. He has an uncle with a ranch in Moab and he moved to our town to enjoy the bountiful horseback riding and beautiful hiking. When he is not working behind the counter at Moab Gear Trader, Josh is likely spending time with his horses out on the trails, who he loves very much.
One objective Josh is most proud of is his hike up Mount Timpanogos, which is the second highest peak in the Utah Wasatch range.
When Josh is out horseback riding, he never fails to bring his saddle bags. Saddle bags allow him to pack his first aid equipment, water, and snacks without having to wear a backpack.
In his spare time, Josh also runs a rescue called the Mountain Creek Animal Defense. If you’d like to follow along with Josh on any of his horseback riding, or animal rescue adventures you can follow him on Instagram at @joshy.little137.
