We are currently accepting modern ski/snowboard gear and clothing right now.  We accept fleece, puffies, and cold weather clothing year round.

All gear must be clean and ready for use.

    •  Stained casual clothing – stains on technical are sometimes OK if they aren’t nasty
    • Imprinted clothing (some exceptions are made for high end brands, but it significantly reduces the selling price)
    •  Swimwear
      • NEW with tags is OK
      • Board shorts are OK
      • We don’t accept most used women’s swimwear, but some exceptions are made for high end excellent condition items.
    • Underwear or sports bras (Some sports bras in mint condition and outdoor brands are accepted)
    • Road cycling clothing like jerseys and bibs
    • Yoga pants with flared ankles
    • Tank tops must be MINT and MODERN
    • Team sportswear
    • Track jackets & Pants
    • Cotton T-shirts (mint condition high end outdoor brands are sometime OK)
    • Worn out workout clothing – even high end brands

    • Kayaks longer than 8 feet

Currently Accepting Ski & Snow Gear & Clothing

Clothing must be FRESHLY laundered and everything must be CLEAN, complete, and fully functioning with no missing pieces.

  • Clothing
    • Modern or high end brands may have minimal wear and staining
    • Older or low end brands must be in excellent condition
    • Items from most eras accepted as long as they are plain & simple colored (black, tan, etc…..)
    • Loud colors and complex prints are accepted as long as they are less than a few seasons old.
    • We are looking mostly for Nordic or backcountry styled clothing.  Resort specific gear may be accepted if it is less than a few seasons old.
    • Hats, gloves, mittens, neck gaiters, ankle gaiters, headbands, goggles will be accepted in excellent condition.  No fur, piling, stains or damage.
  • Alpine touring gear
    • Most modern touring skis with functioning bindings.  If they do not have bindings, they will need to be in excellent condition.  Some base wear is OK, but no blown edges or delaminating topsheets.
    • Touring boots with tech (Dynafit) inserts will all be accepted.  If the do not have inserts, they will need to be in excellent condition.
  • Telemark Gear
    • We accept modern, wider telemark skis with bindings.  Sorry, but older skinny skis do not sell.
    • Clean boots in excellent condition.
  • Nordic Gear
    • We accept all CLEAN skis with waxless (fishscale) bases with or without bindings.
    • We do not accept older skis that need kick wax.  We will take modern waxed skis, but you must remove the kick wax first.
    • We accept ALL binding types except the original SNS with the toe bar protruding beyond the front of the boot.
    • Boots must be in good shape with no damage.
  • Snow Shoes – most clean snow shoes from most eras are accpeted
  • Alpine (Downhill) ski gear
    • SORRY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ALPINE SKI GEAR (BOOTS, POLES, OR SKIS)
  • Sleds
  • Ice Skates

  • Ski Bags – only modern, padded, airline travel type bags

Even if you don’t live in Moab, you can still take advantage of our professional retail environment and passionate, helpful staff to help earn you top dollar for your quality gear.  In fact, folks from across the country sell their gear with us, and we mail them a check!

We accept CLEAN, HIGH QUALITY gear and clothing for almost every outdoor activity including climbing, hiking, backpacking, kayaking, rafting, road and mountain biking, backcountry & Nordic skiingmotocross, camp cooking, sleeping bags and pads, footwear, and clothing. We do not accept golf, team sports, or exercise equipment. We do not accept broken, worn, incomplete, smelly, dirty, or worn out gear.

That’s simple! Selling your gear takes time and energy that you could use to go play outside! Plus, our clean retail space, knowledgeable staff, and large customer base adds up to a higher price for your gear, which means you’ll make as much as you would selling on our own. So forget the hassle of photographing, advertising, communicating with buyers who might not show up, haggling over prices, and sketchy buyer meet-ups, and let us do the work for you! We’ll even take your out-of-season items.
