Patrick comes to Moab Gear Trader all the way from Baltimore, Maryland. He was first drawn to Moab because of the beautiful landscape and the towering red cliffs and has worked with Moab Gear Trader for the last 5 months. Patrick ultimately stayed in Moab for the bike packing, trail running, plentiful photography opportunities, and backpacking!

Distance activities seem to be his favorite, however, as recently he ran an ultramarathon by himself and plans to bicycle around the world (yes, you read that correctly) starting this spring.

The piece of gear he uses more than any other is his Anetik sun hoodie. It functions as an excellent base layer for cold weather days but also keeps him cool when it’s too hot out. It’s an all-around good piece of gear for folks adventuring into the outdoors.

When Patrick isn’t training for his next ultramarathon or prepping for his bicycle ride around the world, he is honing his stunning photography skills.
